A church (Crossroads in Corona) that Jason has been attending for some time and that I have gotten used to attending with him in the past year is I'm fearing starting to veer into that direction. Not with their services, but still doing a bit of deceptive advertising. They recently have been advertising in the Press Enterprise for their upcoming concerts with Olivia Newton John and Lonestar. No mention of the church. Just a concert at a venue they call Candlewalk (Looks like they are using the new worship center as the "concert venue" for shows) I wonder how people will feel when they show up and realize they are on church property...let alone going to a concert held IN a church. Don't know how I feel about the church going in this direction. Got a lot to say about the direction the church is sadly possibly going, but I'll leave the rest for an email or something. LOL
Well, what can I say? I love God, love my wife, and love my kids! I grew up in Southern CA, and now live in Clovis, CA. I love music, friends, and having a good conversation. Oh - and I'm always good for a good cup of coffee. :-)
